It is unclear exactly what original stocks we had when the lakes were purchased but a constant re-stocking programme has seen the introduction of some truly fantastic carp.

The fish run to over 42lb at the moment with a good number of 30's and many high 20's. 

The fish have been stocked slowly over the last 3 years to ensure only the highest quality are hand picked and to ensure the lakes natural balance is maintained.

Along with the large stock of Mirror and Common carp there are a good number of very large Grass carp (never been caught but often spotted grazing!) and some fairly hefty catfish up to and over the 40lb mark.

All in all with a fairly high stocking density of quality hard fighting fish these lakes offer you the best chance of getting a good few fish on the bank whilst relaxing with friends in the beautiful French countryside.
